PerkBoard Privacy Notice

Who runs the program, and who runs the app

Your property (for Aspire, that is 111 East Washington Street, Orlando, FL 32801) offers PerkBoard to its residents. In this notice, "your property" or "the office" means the property and its management team. The office decides who can join and uses your information to run its resident perks program. Contact the office about the program, your account and your residency.

Cloudplexit LLC ("we", "us"), of Orlando, Florida, builds and hosts PerkBoard. We process your information on your property's behalf, only as needed to provide the service, keep it secure, and see how the board is used overall.

What we collect

When you register: your email address, your unit number, and your name if you give it.

When you use the board: sign-in requests and sign-ins; which perk codes you view and which coupons you claim; which tabs and businesses you open; any "Trouble using this perk?" report you send, with your note; and, where your board offers a neighbor wall, the card you choose to post.

Technical data: your IP address, browser type and request times, in our logs, and a record of which version of the Terms of Use and this notice you agreed to, when, and from where.

We do not collect payment details, a birthdate, a phone number, precise location or advertising identifiers. No password is stored; you sign in with a single-use link sent to your email.

How your information is used

• To create your account and let the office confirm you live at the property.
• To send you sign-in links and emails about your account, such as that it was approved.
• To show you the perks, perk codes, events and other content your property posts.
• To send your trouble report to the office so it can check with the business.
• To give the office counts of how the board is used, such as how many residents viewed a code. Counts are tied to your account so each resident is counted once; the dashboard shows totals, not what you personally opened.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.

Your property may also email you updates about the board, such as new perks and events. Every such email tells you how to stop them.

Who can see your information

• The office: your name, unit, email, account status, and the reports you send.
• Cloudplexit, as the company that hosts and supports the app.
• Microsoft Azure, which hosts the app and its database in the United States, and Azure Communication Services, which delivers our emails.
• Merchants see only the perk code you show them. We do not give merchants your name, email or unit.
• Other residents see nothing, unless your board offers a neighbor wall and you post a card, which members see only after you agree and the office approves it.
• Anyone we must tell by law, such as a court.

No sale, no advertising

We do not sell your information, share it for anyone's marketing, or use it for advertising. There are no ads on the board.

Cookies and tracking

PerkBoard sets one cookie. It keeps you signed in for up to 60 days and does nothing else. We use no advertising cookies, third-party analytics or cross-site tracking, and no third party collects information about you across other websites through PerkBoard. Because we do not track you, the app does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

How long we keep it

• Your account: until you move out, the office removes you, or you ask. Your name and unit are cleared at once and the rest is deleted within 30 days.
• Sign-in links: 15 minutes, and each works once.
• Usage counts: kept after your account is deleted, with the link to you removed, so the totals still add up.
• Security logs: up to 12 months.
• Your record of agreeing to the Terms of Use and this notice: 4 years after your account ends.
• Everything about your property: deleted within 60 days after the property's PerkBoard subscription ends.

See, change or delete your information

Change your name and unit on your account page. To see everything we hold about you, correct your email, or delete your account, ask the office or email privacy@perkboard.co. We answer within 30 days and may first confirm it is you by email.

Security

Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest, database access is limited, and sign-in links are stored only in scrambled form. No system is perfectly secure. If a security incident affects your information, your property and we will notify you as the law requires.

Children

PerkBoard is for adult residents and is not directed to children; we do not ask for a birthdate. If we learn that we hold information from a child under 13, we delete it.

Changes to this notice

Changes are posted in the app with a new effective date. If a change is material, we also email you before it takes effect.
